service is for homes under 2000 square feet or that need the
expertise of how to add those little extra touches.

step Action Plan. We will make dramatic transformations to
the main areas of the home. We will bring in accessories to
complete the look of each room, take beautiful photos for
your agents marketing efforts, and give you a visual of what

Full Day of Home Staging

service is for homes over 2000 square feet that need more
attention and expertise.

We will
spend a full day dramatically transforming your home .You
will be amazed what can be accomplished in a day. Your home
will be show ready.

You will
have photos for your agents marketing needs, and give you a
visual of purchases you can make to complete the look.
Completed Action Plan and “Do - It- Yourself” Guides

Add a
complete 10- page Encore Staging and Redesign Action Plan to
any of the above staging services in order to complete the
look yourself.

We will
take an extra hour going through the home with you and
filling out our Encore Staging and Redesign Action Plan.

also e-mail you”Do It Yourself” guides for projects that
will make a dramatic difference in the value of your home.
New Listing or Open House Weekend

This is
a great service for the house that is just going on the
market or having a Open House in order to make a great first

Staging and Redesign will spend two full days transforming
the house into a buyers dream. We will be working off a
detailed Action Plan that will be given to the home seller
in order to complete the transformations at the end of the
session.
